Development

We support children’s development by offering activities that are appropriate for their age, with a balanced mix of active and relaxing moments, both indoors and outdoors. In doing so, we build on the natural curiosity that every child has. From baby to toddler, children go through many important developmental stages, including gross and fine motor skills, social-emotional development, communication and language, and independence. They grow from completely dependent infants into children who can stand, run, talk, explore, and discover the world around them. Our activities stimulate this development in a fun and engaging way. Of course, there is always plenty of time for children to relax, sleep, or enjoy a story.

At UniKidz, our daycare centers are designed so that children can explore safely and independently. Because our locations are equipped with facilities such as a sports hall, cooking studio, dance/theatre room, STEAM makerspace, atelier, and outdoor play area, we are able to offer many activities on-site.

At our daycare centers, we work with familiar, consistent caregivers within each group. This creates a sense of security and trust. Our pedagogical staff provide a warm and welcoming environment where children quickly feel at home at UniKidz. Our team consists of passionate MBO-, HBO-, and WO-qualified professionals, each with their own area of expertise, including a creative therapist, dance and theatre teacher, sports and movement instructor, nurse, and pedagogical coaches.
