At this location, we are developing a community center: a unique place for young and old alike, where meeting, connection, and creating meaningful memories together are at the heart of everything we do. The building will bring together a variety of facilities that contribute to a dynamic and accessible environment for all ages. The following amenities will be realized here:

• Childcare (ages 0–13)
• General practitioner
• Dentist
• Supportive hospitality with indoor and outdoor playground
• Scoolz – homework support, tutoring, and coaching (ages 12–18)
• Daytime activities for seniors (60+)

This combination creates a truly unique location where care, development, and connection naturally come together.

At UniKidz, children discover what they truly enjoy, because we work with a talent development program that offers a unique and extensive range of activities. We truly see every child, and this is why our concept has been creating happy children and parents for many years.

Our activities

Wonder. That’s what it’s all about. We want to introduce children to new things and, most importantly, let them experience them. To make this possible, we created our own talent development program consisting of four labels, each with its own range of activities. Children learn to code at MindKidz, design their own clothing line at SkillsKidz, move in diverse ways at FitKidz, and discover their voice, movement styles, and imagination while singing, dancing, and acting at SoulKidz.

Together with the neighborhood

We would love to hear your ideas, questions, and points of attention. They are more than welcome. Together with the neighborhood, we want to build a place that connects people and contributes to a pleasant living environment.
