Sports and movement are an important part of the UniKidz activity program. Physical activity is essential for children’s health. Within FitKidz, movement is integrated in a fun way, with the goal of strengthening children’s cognitive, social-emotional, and motor skills. Our enthusiastic team of sports coaches and instructors delivers a daily sports program and leads activities with passion.
A small selection of SkillsKidz activities
Children gain insight into how things work and how they are created. A wide range of skills come into play, such as concentration, collaboration, problem solving, creativity, presenting, and using their imagination. Children are naturally curious, and within this program, we make the most of that!
A small selection of MindKidz activities
At SkillsKidz, it’s all about making and creating. In other words, getting creative with your hands. Working with your hands is a great way to support mental well-being, as shown by scientific research. Activities such as working with clay, cooking, designing, sculpting, sewing, gardening, and painting are excellent ways to stimulate the brain. In addition, these activities help reduce stress and support the development of skills, concentration, and a sense of calm.
A small selection of SoulKidz activities
Within SoulKidz, there is space for both self expression and finding inner calm. Children develop on a personal and social level. They are creatively challenged and learn to collaborate, think in solutions, and work together. There is room to make mistakes without negative consequences, helping them learn to reflect. Why did something go well or not? Why was it enjoyable? Physically, we focus on body awareness, flexibility, strength, and fitness. SoulKidz empowers children to build confidence and grow in their own strengths.
