UniKidz does its very best to offer trusted, responsible, and high-quality childcare. In spite of our efforts to ensure that the care of your child run smoothly, it is possible that you may be dissatisfied with something. If you are, we'd really like for you to let us know. UniKidz sees childcare as an interaction between parents, the child, and our organization. We have to listen carefully to each other, so that we know what is important. This allows us to tailor our services even better to the needs of our parents.

UniKidz feels that feedback, both positive and negative, is as an expression of a strong sense of involvement and the desire to improve the situation. Under no circumstances should you have the impression that a complaint you make is having a negative impact on the care of your child. To make sure we can clear up any feelings of dissatisfaction you may have, we ask you to make complaints known immediately.
